
Executive Vice President and Provost of UA, George H. Davis, kicks off the evening's speakers.
ISPE-Fest 2004 opened with remarks by University of Arizona Executive Vice President and Provost George Davis and featured keynote speaker Carole Rose, a Gordon Bradford Tweedy Professor of Law and Organization at Yale Law School. Professor Rose discussed "Environmental Law Grows Up (More or Less), and What Science Can Do to Help." The event ended on a winning note, with a graduate student raffle and the presentation of six cash awards for the Graduate Student Poster Competition-three for natural sciences and three for social sciences.
